Questions before enrollment opens.

Do you offer online training?

Enrollment is not open right now. The Online Programs page explains each format and will show registration details when a program becomes available.

How does the 28-Day Pop Time Plan work?

The plan lasts four weeks, with three workouts each week. It starts with the transfer, adds footwork, connects the hands and feet, and ends with full throws and a final test.

Does the program guarantee a specific pop-time improvement?

No. The program gives you a clear training plan and repeatable testing, but results depend on the athlete’s starting point, growth, health, effort, and consistency.
