Where are lessons?
Our main training location is 220 River Dr, Cartersville, GA 30120. Always check your Square confirmation because a clinic or special event may be held somewhere else.
How do I schedule?
Select Book a Session, choose a service and available time in Square, then follow the confirmation steps. If you still have a question, use the contact page, call, or text us.
How much does training cost?
Private sessions are currently $50 for 30 minutes, $90 for 60 minutes, and $130 for 90 minutes. Prices for duo training, small groups, clinics, and special programs may vary. Square shows the current price before you book.
What happens during the first lesson?
We start with your goals and a hands-on skill check. Then we work on the most important need and connect it to movement and game situations.
