Information you choose to send
The training inquiry form may ask for a player name, parent or guardian name, email, phone number, player age, graduation year, position, current level, training goal, preferred training format, preferred days, and a message. The newsletter form may ask for a first name and email address.
Do not submit medical records, payment-card details, or other sensitive information through a general inquiry form.
How submitted information may be used
Submitted information may be used to respond to an inquiry, recommend an appropriate training option, coordinate scheduling, deliver requested updates, and operate the website.
When a form provider is connected, the form sends this information directly to that approved provider. CATCHPRO ACADEMY does not intentionally place private form submissions in public website pages, source code, logs, or analytics.
Firebase Hosting
This website is delivered through Firebase Hosting, a Google service. Like other web hosts, Firebase may process basic request information such as an IP address, browser or device details, requested page, date and time, and security or diagnostic information to deliver and protect the site.
The online program service is being prepared with Firebase Authentication for email sign-in, Cloud Functions for private server requests, Firestore for orders and lesson progress, and private Cloud Storage for recordings. These services become available when program enrollment opens. Private server credentials are never included in website pages.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics 4 is used to understand visits and improve the website. It may use first-party cookies or similar identifiers and collect page URL and title, referrer, browser and device type, approximate region, page views, movement between pages, scrolling, outbound link clicks, file downloads, and supported embedded-video interactions.
The website also measures broad booking, call, text, directions, and Instagram button-click categories. These events include only the page path and a general action category. They do not include the destination phone number, a message, a form value, or an athlete’s information.
Automatic user-provided-data detection and automatic form-interaction measurement are disabled. CATCHPRO ACADEMY does not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages, training goals, form contents, or information about minors to Google Analytics. Please do not put personal information in a page URL or shared link.
Analytics loads on public information pages. It is excluded from online program, sign-in, and owner pages. You can limit or delete cookies in your browser and can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Other providers and public content
Online scheduling and payment use Square. When online program checkout opens, its embedded Square payment form sends card details directly to Square. CatchPro stores order amount, payment status, parent email, optional coaching-email consent, and access records; it does not store full card numbers. Booking links continue to use Square’s own pages.
Program sign-in and purchase emails will be delivered through Resend once enrollment opens. Program pages use a secure session cookie, and the sign-in form may remember your email on your device to help you open the link. A purchase does not automatically subscribe you to coaching emails.
Testimonials, photos, videos, names, and player results should be published only with appropriate permission.
Minors
A parent or legal guardian should submit information and approve participation for a minor athlete. Information about a minor should be limited to what is reasonably needed to answer the training request or provide the selected service.

You may ask about access, correction, or deletion of information by contacting 407-881-4002 or coach@catchproacademy.com. Requests are reviewed in light of applicable law and legitimate business recordkeeping needs.
